Tenant Credit Report

This specific type of report provides a credit report identical to an employment credit report, with the addition of a credit score included in the information provided.

On-Site Inspection

To be an end-user of consumer credit reports for employment or tenant screening purposes, your company must complete an industry-required, third-party, on-site visit at your physical location. There is an additional fee of $80 for an industry-required site inspection of your physical location. The approval process may take up to seven days to complete.
