This search pulls information directly from the state’s official criminal record repository. The data is compiled from the different counties within that state, thus covering all county court records at once. The statewide criminal database typically includes felony and misdemeanor information from all or most counties; however, be aware that the repository information may be incomplete.  If a county fails to provide timely information to the state repository, the data will not be entirely representative of what occurred, but it should be close most of the time. However, due to this common accident many pending and recent charges are routinely missing from those reports.

Statewide searches are valuable as a supplement to our county criminal database search, as anything that might have been missed because it was charged in another county will be caught. This service is available in most states.
