Verification of the applicant’s previous employment to include:

VALIDATION OF INCOME AND EMPLOYMENT

Traditonal employment verification depends upon self-reported data. What about the employer you applicant doesnt want you to know about?

Validate-IE pulls employer data directly from the Internal Revenue Service, as reported on the applicants yearly W-2s, so you may discover employers the applicant failed to disclose. 

BASIC REFERENCE

The verification of employment as described above plus up to 5 questions likely to be answered by HR such as attendance record and job description.

PROFESSIONAL REFERENCE

A reference from a single specified contact such as a co-worker or direct supervisor. Standard service is 10 questions.

PERSONAL REFERENCE

A reference from a single specified contact such as a friend or associate. Standard service is 10 questions.

EDUCATION VERIFICATION

A verification of the applicant’s school, dates of attendance or graduation, degree and/or major.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSE VERIFICATION

Verification with the state or federal issuing authority of the applicant’s license, certification or credentials, the date of issue, expiration date and status.

DOT

A verification of the applicant’s previous or current Department of Transportation related employment: start date, end date, title, salary, eligibility for rehire, reason for leaving, plus the standard DOT Drug and Alcohol Questionnaire.
